feeling lazy today and tired! I can't wait for this week to be over, and then I am off for 11 days, home hanging out with the kids.

I was able to get in the 4.2 miles at work, but I should have come home and done another 4 miles instead I got on the computer and started playing with this elf yourself website, you upload pictures and it puts them on these dancing elves it's absolutely hysterical, the site is :

Welcome to the blog! How about putting in your marathon time in that side strip and how much you'd like to improve on and the next major race in your future? Best of luck getting your 40 miles for the week
