feeling lazy today and tired! I can't wait for this week to be over, and then I am off for 11 days, home hanging out with the kids. I was able to get in the 4.2 miles at work, but I should have come home and done another 4 miles instead I got on the computer and started playing with this elf yourself website, you upload pictures and it puts them on these dancing elves it's absolutely hysterical, the site is : www.elfyourself.com

I had good intentions today to get in 8.2 miles and I felt good while doing the 5 but my head just wasn't in it I stopped to walk a couple of times and that just killed it for me!

Feelin pretty good!! I want to get 40 miles in this week, I have been pretty lazy this month and it's time to get back on track. I normally prefer to run in the morning, but with the weather getting colder I find it harder to drag myself out of my warm and cozy bed at 4:30 am; however, running at night in December is always fun since you get to check out all the Christmas lights!!
